Hi, I'm Sunny Rose Healey and I used to be sick.

Being sick and finding my way lead me to understand the core pillars of health and simple ways to address root causes of disease that can help anyone, in any stage of life, health or illness.

As early as my late teens I began suffering from frequent infections, chronic pain from multiple car accidents, which lead me to take antibiotics and a host of prescriptions in an effort to feel better. As the years went by and I was in my early twenties, I suffered from frequent UTIs, abdominal pain, IBS, arthritis, ulcers, migraine headaches and acne. And these were only the major symptoms.
I saw gastroenterologists, primary care docs, naturopaths. But no one had answers for me. I suffered a lot. I didn't know where to start or what was causing me to be so ill.

It took a diagnosis of early stage cervical cancer and surgery to wake me up to the fact that I was going to have to become my own healer.

I began practicing yoga and learning about natural cures. I did a 6-week panchakarma therapy in south India, and began studying Ayurvedic Medicine. I love to research, and found ways to be able to access the best of what the world's medicine systems have to offer.

It's my nature to always be sharing what I'm going through and learning and I knew I wanted to share what I was learning about my own healing path.

In 2006 I began studying Ayurvedic Medicine with Jaisri M. Lambert and went on to sudy under Dr. Vasant Lad, M.A.Sc., the first man to bring Ayurveda to the US. Learning at the feet of this master and going on to teach for his institution for the next 8 years gave me a most important foundation.

In 2011 I felt healthy enough to get pregnant with my first baby, and the experience of birthing children gave me a passion to study holistic midwifery with Whapio Diane Bartlett.

I've had a busy practice where I've worked with clients for 10 years. Over this time, I've identified several key areas where women tend to get stuck and need support.

Q: I'M REALLY BUSY AND HAVE CHILDREN AT HOME, WILL THIS REQUIRE A LOT OF TIME?
A: It will be important that you follow the lessons and recommendations to make a change in your health, but the calls will be recorded and placed in the online portal for easy access anytime, and I'll give you all the tools I have to make this as easy and possible. I have designed this program around busy tired women. With just a few hours each week you can attend the weekly group call or watch the replay and follow the recommended program to improve your health. I'm also providing recipes and sample meal plans - when you're extra busy you can choose quicker easier to prepare foods and when you have a bit more spaciousness, you can choose to make recipes that are more involved if they speak to you.
I will be personally invested and available to you for the 8 week program but if you find you need to take longer to complete the program you are welcome to take your time and all of the lessons will be there.
